Open in new tab Parent’s will be provided the information letters electronically from the school at least two weeks before the survey date. Parent’s can view the survey at the school or at https://www.GFyouthsurvey.org
DO NOT administer the survey to students who had parental letters returned stating the parented wanted the child opted out of the survey.
